This ruiner in my oppinion is the almost perfect combination of how the 2k could be effective and balanced. I dont know if you are aware, but in business battles have a ruiner 2000 that appears in some missions.
So, i was thinking about underpowered and unbalance vehicles a lot lately, and i think i know how to fix the ruiner 2k.
